Devices must be paired on the website before they can be used.
To pair a new device, make sure you are connected and logged in to the Bright Moments portal. Once you have signed the transaction to login, visit the Collections page.
On the Collections page, visit the "Devices" tab on the left side of the screen.
Under "Update Auth" click "Setup" to generate a pairing token
Scan the QR code from the Control app on your iOS device.
